Fill in the for amount you wish to transfer, the phone number to which you expect the cah to be sent to and your PayPal email. After clicking on the pay now button, you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Once the transaction is confirmed, the cah will be transfered into your phone almost imediately.

http://www.speedisha.co.ke/ offer PayPal to M-Pesa transfers just like chura, the major difference being you have to contact them before making any transfers. They have contact details on their website, which you can use to call or text them to show your interest in using their services. They will then provide a PayPal email to which you will send the money after which they will send the cash to your phone.
